Two things I always remember about this psalm: 'I'm poured out like water'(very honest) and 'I'm a worm, I'm not a man'(amusing metaphor haha). Great way to use theatrical skill for God's glory.
Yeah. I love the Psalms - they reflect the honest heart-cry of God's People. Whenever I'm down I go back and dwell some in this song and prayer book of the Bible.
