Hi Ollie,

I stumbled across your blog a while back. Upon reading the first few lines of an older entry (can't remember when), I could immediately tell, "Ahh, this has the aroma of reformed theology, with passion and charisma infused into it." Brought a smile to my face!

I'm originally from Malaysia, now residing in the US, and my family and I attend a Sovereign Grace church in Reading, PA (www.christccberks.org). You must know the kind of teaching we get all the time. Our lives have been so greatly impacted by the Gospel and we are forever grateful for His grip on us. It's a pleasure to know that there is someone who is as passionate about the Gospel as you in Singapore spreading that passion around, and drawing hearts back to our Saviour.

Looking forward to reading more about the Lord's work in your live. Merry Christmas, and may God bless you abundantly in the new year.

Sincerely,
Tracy

Hi Tracy

Thank you for your kind words and wishes.

Yes, the Gospel is amazing good news isn't it? It is the start, the end and the all of our Christian life; and there is still so much to fully understand and live out. And it is by grace for which I'm grateful for! Do keep us here in Singapore in prayer, that the Gospel will increasing grip us too.

A blessed Christmas and happy holidays to you too; and may you and your family increasingly delight in God this coming year!

Warm Regards,

Ollie

Hi Dave (aka The Hedonese),

Thank you; by God's grace.

Wow. I'm excited to learn of the possible church plant in Kuala Lumpur along the lines of Redeemer and your efforts in this. I will keep you all in prayer. Let me know how we in Singapore can pray for our brothers and sisters in Malaysia.

Have a Blessed New Year and a Grace-filled 2009!
